The Vitality Advisory Council of Oceano (VACO) serves as a key advisory body to the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors, addressing issues affecting the unincorporated areas within the Oceano Community Services District. Additionally, VACO is committed to sponsoring and supporting a wide range of community programs and events that enhance the well-being and vitality of the Oceano community.
